Ray Krakowski is a freelance professional auctioneer & ringman. He has a solid business background with a record of honest and ethical practices. He also has extensive experience in industrial manufacturing as well as the building trades. Ray is a graduate of Central Michigan University, holds a real estate broker license in Michigan, is a member of the National Association of Realtors, National Auctioneers Association and Michigan Auctioneers Association as well as being a past board member of the Michigan Auctioneers Association. Ray works as a contract auctioneer and ringman throughout Michigan, North America and Internationally. Ray is currently the Managing Broker of the UC Great Lakes Realty & Auction located in Imlay city, Michigan. This is UC Great Lakes Realty & Auction’s third location and the first in southeast Michigan. As lead auctioneer his focus is on land, lifestyle and commercial real estate auctions. In his spare time Ray is a passionate picker and collector of antiques, collectables and anything unusual, and was featured on the History Channel auction show “SOLD”.
