Originally from Macomb County, Robert relocated to the Atlanta,
Michigan area, where he has established both his business and his reputation.
He understands what downstate buyers are looking for when they search for property
up north, while also recognizing the realities of building and owning property
in Northern Michigan. Robert works with buyers and sellers across residential
homes, vacant land, recreational property, and new construction opportunities.
He is especially valuable to clients considering building, offering insight
into land selection, build feasibility, construction costs, and long-term
value. His experience with investment property is grounded in real-world
application.
Robert began by renovating and operating a single vacation rental
home, then expanded that success by designing and building four additional
cabins—now known as Northern Comfort,
a five-cabin rental property in Atlanta. This progression gives him firsthand
knowledge of short-term rental development, expansion, and ongoing management.
Robert is actively involved in the Atlanta community, participating with the
local Chamber of Commerce and supporting events such as Elk Fest. His
connection to the area, combined with his construction background, allows him
to offer clients both local knowledge and practical guidance. He joined Great
Lakes Realty & Auction to better serve clients seeking a
construction-focused approach to real estate.
